Yes, you can exchange or return an item purchased from achega.com within 15 days. In the case of a return, the €4.90 shipping charge will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded once the item arrives at our premises in perfect condition. If you choose to exchange the item, you will be issued with a voucher for the value of the purchase, which can be used on the site for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.

Online sales and promotions are exclusive to achega.com. When purchased, sale items cannot be exchanged in our physical stores. All items at the normal price can be exchanged or returned in our physical stores as long as they are accompanied by the invoice and are exchanged or returned within 14 days. Our online store offers deliveries to Europe and all over the world, with a few exceptions. Sorry, we currently do not deliver to the following countries: United Arab Emirates. Hong Kong (SAR of China), Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore.

Hems and other width adjustments are possible. There will be a charge of €10.00. The customer must send the correct measurements. We cannot be held responsible for errors in sending measurements. If you are already familiar with our knitwear and know what adjustments to make, you can leave a note in your order with a description of what you want altered and the measurements. Once your order has been received, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the work to be done and send you details for payment processing. If the order has arrived at your home and you wish to have it repaired, you can do so through our physical stores or send it to our premises. We don't always have the color you love. You have the option of ordering your item in the color you want through our customer service team, as long as it is available in our color catalog.
