PURCHASING PROCESS
Shopping on our site is quick and easy.

You can check and change the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time and you can pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Paypal, Entity and Reference and MBWAY (Portugal) and Klarna.

No, you don't have to register on our site to make purchases.
However, registration is fast, free, secure and gives you many advantages:

- you can request returns and check your refunds online

You can change your order before the warehouse processes it. If you have changed your mind, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so that we can check the status of your order.
However, you can return your order within 14 days for any reason. You can find more information on this under "Exchanges and Returns" and "Terms and Conditions".
At achega.com you have the possibility to change your mind and you can communicate your intention within 15 days. You can exchange or return your item. If you have a member account on our site, the return will be free of charge. If you have purchased your items as a guest, you will always be responsible for the cost of returning them by courier and you will be asked to pay postage of €4.00, which will be deducted from the amount you paid for the purchase. The previous amount will be refunded when the item arrives at our premises in perfect condition.
Online sales and promotions are exclusive to achega.com. When purchased, sale items cannot be exchanged in our physical stores. All items at the normal price can be exchanged or returned in our physical stores as long as they are accompanied by the invoice and are exchanged or returned within 14 days. Our online store offers deliveries to Europe and all over the world, with a few exceptions. Sorry, we currently do not deliver to the following countries: United Arab Emirates. Hong Kong (SAR of China), Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Hems and other width adjustments are possible. There will be a charge of €10.00. The customer must send the correct measurements. We cannot be held responsible for errors in sending measurements. If you are already familiar with our knitwear and know what adjustments to make, you can leave a note in your order with a description of what you want altered and the measurements. Once your order has been received, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the work to be done and send you details for payment processing. If the order has arrived at your home and you wish to have it repaired, you can do so through our physical stores or send it to our premises. We don't always have the color you love. You have the option of ordering your item in the color you want through our customer service team, as long as it is available in our color catalog. This order will cost an additional €10.00. It will be ready in a maximum of 15 days, not including shipping time. To place your special order, please contact our customer service.
