At achega.com you have the possibility to change your mind and you can communicate your intention within 15 days. You can exchange or return your item. If you have a member account on our site, the return will be free of charge. If you have purchased your items as a guest, you will always be responsible for the cost of returning them by courier and you will be asked to pay postage of €4.00, which will be deducted from the amount you paid for the purchase. The previous amount will be refunded when the item arrives at our premises in perfect condition.
We don't always have the color you love. You have the option of ordering your item in the color you want through our customer service team, as long as it is available in our color catalog. Hems and other width adjustments are possible. There will be a charge of €10.00. The customer must send the correct measurements. We cannot be held responsible for errors in sending measurements. Once your order has been received, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the work to be done and send you details for payment processing. If the order has arrived at your home and you wish to have it repaired, you can do so through our physical stores or send it to our premises.
